Dennis, Schaffner
A Boise native and third generation builder, Dennis brings more than 25 years of construction experience in home construction and design. An active participant in the home building industry, Dennis is the 2007 President of the Building Contractors Association of Southwest Idaho and a member of the Idaho State Building Contractors Association Board of Directors. As one of the founding principals of The Legend Company, he is responsible for home design, sub-contractor relations and sales. |

Barry Teppola
A native of Washington, Barry has more than 30 years of experience in residential and commercial development.. An active participant in the industry, Barry has been a member of the Urban Land Institute Idaho District Council Executive Committee since 2004 and the 2007 Developer Council Chairman for the Building Contractors Association of Southwest Idaho. As a founding principal of The Legend Company, he is responsible for land acquistion and development, home design, marketing and finance. |
